He is survived by: his children, Tina Burns of Columbus, Ohio, Tim VanVoorhis (Wanda) of Marysville and Todd VanVoorhis (Danette) of Waldo, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Tim, Heidi, Ashlee, Sarah, Micah, Emilee and Cody. He is also survived by his ten great-grandchildren.
