He is survived by: his wife Vivian R. Weimer (Blankenship); his stepchildren, Chris Carnes (Lisa) of Mansfield, Teresa Clayton (Scott) of Bucyrus, David Carnes (Opal) of Plymouth and Timothy Carnes of Bucyrus; and his adoptive daughter April Weimer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
