He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bill and Cora Bill (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Judy Walpole; his children, Kevin, Ken Bill (Jill Waite) and Kathy Gibson (Todd Goddard); his grandchildren, Tiffany Watkins (Ross), Alex Gibson (Angelina) and Madison Powers (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Talan, Aspen Watkins and Mallory Powers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Marion Area Humane Society.
