It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George L. Tidd of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of George L. Tidd to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L Tidd and Flora Belle Tidd (Kutz); his wife Geneva Tidd (McKenzie); and his siblings, Pauline Geer and Claude L. Tidd Jr..

He is survived by: his friend Greg Hughes; his sons, Brent Tidd (Renee) and Bruce Tidd; his siblings, Jack Tidd (Ruth) and Linda Hooper (Jerry); and the mother of his children Diane Tidd. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the My Community Church of Marion.
