He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bailey and Marie Bailey; his wife Mary Bailey; his children, Kimberly and Scott Hall; and his siblings, Lewis Bailey, Helen Patterson and Joyce Lorenzetti.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy, Stacey, Kaalem (Ricky) and Amy; his great grandchildren, Alex, Kezia and Kanan Bailey; his sister Gloria Jean Thornburg (Tim); his brother-in-law Ole Lorenzetti; and his friends, Chris, Doug, Bruce, Mark, Dave and Landon.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (122 W Columbia St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waldo Cemetery (141 Winter St, Waldo, OH 43356).
