He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie James and Grace Evelyn Spillman (Bibbee); his siblings, Larry Spillman and Helen Spillman; and his niece Jessica Spillman Fausnaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Spillman (Baker); his children, Paul Spillman (Jill Hopper) and Brandy Spillman; his siblings, John Spillman (Brenda) and Linda Spillman-Kear; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Spillman, Kennedy Spillman, Kelsey Spillman and Cayden Smith; and his nephews, James Scott Baker (Jennifer) and Ronald Price.
