He is survived by: his children, Ben Trafzer (Serena), Sara Trafzer (late Michael Blank) and Conan Lane (Kristen); his grandchildren, Garrett Trafzer (Paige), Dillon Trafzer and Carson Trafzer; his great grandchildren, Emma and Abigail Trafzer; and his sisters, Judy Detwiler (Roger), Joanne Smith (late Brad Smith), Jerri New (Richard), Jackie Caillouette (Dennis), Janice Smith (Bill) and Jennifer Stinson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jim's honor to Tranquility Hospice or the Salvation Army in care of the Snyder Funeral Home.
