He is survived by: his mother Patty Cozad (Dearwester); his sons, Austin of Henderson, NV, Evan of Henderson, NV and Jordan of Henderson, NV; his stepfather Dan Cozad of Lake Wales, FL; his brother Jared Fillinger of Marion; his stepmother Diana Fillinger of Rushsylvania, OH; and his stepsiblings, Tara Joseph (Todd) of Bellefontaine, Steve Lockwood of Bellefontaine, Jason Cozad of Bellefontaine, Chris Cozad of Bellefontaine, Rich Cozad of South Carolina and Heather Cozad of Xenia, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Jeremy's memory to Indian Lake Music Department.
