Cooke (Smith); his children, David Cooke (Kimberly) and Kristi Wink (Joseph); his grandchildren, Matthew, Casey, Sadie, Tanner and Brady; his siblings, Robert Cooke (Mary Ann Panzeca) and Joan Cooke; his nephews, Michael Cooke, Jeffrey (Libby) and Eddie Velasquez; his aunt Barbara Llewellyn; and his uncle Henry Tjarks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to the Marion Area Humane Society and/or the Marion Palace Theatre.
