He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Baily and Sarah Lou Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Blevins and Jonathan Blevins of Marion; his grandson Greyson Blevins; his cousin Edward Blevins of Marion; and his girlfriend Christine Pierce.
