He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Hickman; his pet Baker; his sons, Trey Hickman (Ashley), Mike Hickman and Daniel Hickman (Tiffianie); and his siblings, Joe Hickman (Betsy), Tony Miller (Debbie), Jeff Miller (Kay), Dave Miller (Nikki), Chris Miller, Rhonda Millington, Beth Millington and Shawn Lucas (Don). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, as well as, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to the Marion Area Harley Riders Association, the Cancer Society of America or the 584 American Legion.
