He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ivan Spires and Evelyn Louise Moore; and his daughter Brooklyn Spires. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Thompson (Nicole Reis), Tessa Burns (Jordan), Rachel Puglisi and Olivia Spires; his sister Jane Spires; his grandchildren, Jaden and Colton Burns; and his close friends, Joe Hickman and George Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
