He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rutter and Peggy Rutter (Seymour); and his siblings, Levaria Rutter and Rex Rutter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy Whitted; his children, Keith Whitted (Tracey), John Rutter (Pam), Angel Franklin (JJ), Tabi Ibarra, Robert Rutter, Amy Whitted (John Pilvelis), Olvia Whitted, McKenna Whitted and Paisley Whitted; and his siblings, Harold Jr. Rutter, Terry Rutter, Bob Rutter and Theresa Cox (Tim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
