He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Galyk; his sons, Michael (Tracey) of Marion, Paul (Patty) of Marion and Todd (Kara) of Marion; and his brothers, Phillip (Nancy) of Bellefontaine, Michael (Joy) of Marion and Daniel Galyk of Marion. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
