Judith E. Griffith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith E. Griffith (Marion, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Byrd and Ida Byrd; her husband Robert Griffith; her son Daniel Griffith; and her siblings, James, Ronald, Gary, John, Paul, Butch, Patricia and Doris.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Griffith (Carolyn) and Terry Griffith (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Tessa Hanshaw (David), Kinlee, Alectra, Kimberly, Scott Jr., Alexia, Kirsten and Kobe Griffith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and Carol Conley her friend and caregiver.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Service, Hughes-Allen Chapel (318 Mt Vernon Ave, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Marion Cemetery (620 Delaware Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local bird sanctuary, St. Jude, local animal shelter, Wings of an angel rise in her memory to honor her.
