She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pitchford and Doris Pitchford (Pitchford); her daughter Heather Patterson; and her brother James Pitchford. She is survived by: her husband Juan Gonzalez; her daughter Mindy Patterson; her brothers, Robert Pitchford, Jr. (Susan) and Mark Pitchford (Holly); and her grandchildren, Samara Allen and Prendis Brown.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Marion County Humane Society.
