He was predeceased by: his father Jay Weldon Spafford. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Spafford of Lima, OH; his siblings, Michael David Spafford of Lima, OH, Kathleen Elizabeth Spafford of Lima, OH and Jayne Gabrielle Cosson of Washington, D. C; and his niece Victoria Riordan.
