It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura Shoults in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Davis and Ella Davis (Slack); her daughter Marcia Riggleman (McCracken); and her sisters, Berneice Hough and Libby Davis.

She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth (Libby); her friend James Shoults (Jim); her great grandchildren, Navy and Jim; her sons, Robert and Richard Shoults; her son-in-law Robert Riggleman; her grandchildren, Chad Shoults, Laura Fiant (Matt), Frank Shoults (Shannon Erskine), Kadie-Marie (Shoults), Burks (Austin) and Molly McCracken (Michael Cowles); her great grandchildren, Kasey, James Fiant, Hayleigh Brown, Allyssa Pierce, Cohen Cowles, Isiah, Nevaeh, Azierah and Kamaiyah Burks; and her sister-in-law Harriet Gompf (Shoults). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
