She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Boak and Fay Boak; and her husband John Holmes Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, John C Holmes Jr. (Tina), Ralph Holmes (Shannon Wilson), Chad Holmes and Shane Holmes (Natasha). She is also survived by grandchildren and 11 precious great-grandchildren.
