She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milar and Opal Milar (Hughes); her husband Charles Vance; her son Stephen Vance; and her brother Charles Milar.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas N. Vance and Lois J. Blackburn (Charles); her sister Marylou Green; and her grandchildren, Charmaine R. Oiler, Amy Haller (Ed), Stephen R. Vance, Jr., Weston Underwood, Kourtnie Vance (Jon), Lindsay Hazelwood (Devin) and Bryan Vance (Avery). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (122 W Columbia St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery (620 Delaware Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
