He was predeceased by: his sister Lea Ann Johnson; and his grandson Steven Horner. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson (Horner); his children, Jamie Horner (Lynette) and Kelli Snyder (Sean); his brothers, Doug Johnson (Judy) and Brian Johnson (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jay Horner, Robert Horner, Matthew Horner, Phillip Horner, Benjamin Horner, Kasee Snyder and Kaiya Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Leon Horner, Ashley Horner, Varian Horner and Jaina Horner.
