Mary E. Thibaut Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Thibaut of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph Sigler and Ruth A. Sigler (Hablitzel); her husband Paul Norman Thibaut; her daughter-in-law Jill Thibaut; her brothers, I. Richard and Lester C. Sigler; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Shaffer and Delbert Hamm.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth C. Thibaut (Susan) of Las Vegas, NV and Michael A. Thibaut of Marion; her grandsons, Jason, Troy and Chuck Thibaut; and her sisters, Donna Shaffer of Upper Sandusky and Sharon Hamm of Marion. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery (620 Delaware Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dayspring Wesleyan Church or the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
