He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Hoffman and Guy Hoffman; his former wife Sue Ann Hoffman (Coffey); and his daughters-in-law, Margo Hoffman (Mills) and Melissa Hoffman (Coors).
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hoffman (Rhoades); and his children, Scott Hoffman of Florida, Todd Hoffman of Maineville, Ohio, Beth McKinnell (William) of Georgia, Rev. David Hoffman (Melissa) of Lewis Center, Ohio and Douglas Hoffman (Katy) of Georgia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
