She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Nelson Lehman and Naomi Francis Darnell; her husband Larry Williard Higgins, Sr.; and her daughter Tammy Sue Weldon. She is survived by: her children, Larry "Bud" W. Higgins, Jr. (Patty White), Steve L. Higgins and Shawn P. Higgins; and her sisters, Joyce Fair and Cheryl Warren. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
