She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Charlene Fultz (DeWitt); her sister Kathy Rayburn (Roger); and her nephew Roger Lee Rayburn, II. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Fultz of Rocky River, Robert Fultz (Cindy) of Bucyrus, Michael Fultz (Amy) of Jacksonville and Linda Fultz of Marion; and her nieces, Terri Gottfried (Rob) and Samantha Jo Fultz. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donation be made in Paula honor to the Homeless to Homes cat Shelter in Marion.
