She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Chaffin; her husband George E. Lyons; her children, Donald Jr., Nyoka Sly, Donna K. Rose, Juanita Moore and Gayla Rattliff; and her brother John Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy G. Lyons (Mary), Mark Lyons (JoAnn), Jerry E. Lyons (Melissa) and Debra L. Johnson (Dale Loyer Sr.); and her sister Rispy Jane Stepp. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
