He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Rush and Rose Rush (Rinderle). He is survived by: his wife Shelley Rush (Furniss); and his siblings, Raymond Rush (Carolyn) and Robin Alderman (Rod). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
