He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Howard and Jeanette Howard (Humes); his sisters, Barbara Stiffler and Helen Harrington; his great grandchild Katie Fischer; and his mother-in-law Beulah Speck.

He is survived by : his wife Patsy Howard (Speck); his daughters, Lee Ann Kohler (Warren) and Jennifer Ebert (Dale); his sister Carol Phillips; his grandchildren, Ashley Kohler (Billy) and Brittany Fischer (Jim); his great grandchildren, Preston Harbolt, Parker Harbolt and Emily Murrell (Damian); and his sister-in-law Kay Northup (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery (620 Delaware Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
