He is survived by: his significant other Faye Holbrook; his children, Jeff Jacks and Ranae Hartley (Randy); his siblings, Virgil Jacks (Shell) and Worletta "Letty" Eckard; his grandchildren, Skyler Hartley and Sabrina Adkins (Geoffrey); and his great grandchild Henry Adkins.
