He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brake; his daughter Lana Hartpence (Ryan); his grandchildren, Gwen and Evan; his brother Terry Record (Maxine); and his sister-in-law Pat Pierce (Shirley Gantt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Marion County Humane Society in Rick's honor.
