He is survived by: his wife Sandra Waters; his daughters, Kim Frank (Jason) and Kerri Karrick (Stephen); his grandchildren, Lauren Frank, Mara Frank, Stephanie French (Damon), Joseph Karrick and Andrew Karrick; and his siblings, Margaret "Peg" Cooperider, Ronald Cramer (Marcia) and James Cramer (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
