He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lovsey and Irene Hanning Lovsey; and his siblings, Thomas E Lovsey, Gary J Lovsey and William Ellsworth Lovsey Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Roger "Matt" Lovsey (Jennifer Underwood), Karin Moone (Robert) and Elizabeth "Bethie" Scowden (Joseph); his grandchildren, Thomas Lovsey, Kylie Lovsey, Andrew Moone, Toby Moone, Robert "Trey" Moone III, Joseph Scowden and Zachary Scowden; his great grandchildren, Theodore Moone and Jackson Moone; and his siblings, Jessie Lovsey Cline and Linda Lovsey Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
