She was predeceased by: her father Everett E. Kirkpatrick; and her siblings, Varie Lowther, Wanda Cooper, Shirley Turner and Ronald Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Giauque; her children, Tom Fate (Mary) of Sugar Land, TX., Nancy Edwards of Cardington, David Fate (Lori) of New Port Richey, FL., John Fate (Arlene) of Henderson, NV., Molly Kishimoto (Gary) of Newbury Park, CA. and Bill Fate (Lin) of San Jose, CA; and her stepchildren, James Giauque (Carol) of Ashville, NC., Kathleen Kopster of Wellborn, FL. and Richard Giauque of Mt. Gilead. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
