He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Wilma; and his brother Randall R. Hawkins. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Sue Hawkins; his children, Christopher C. Hawkins (Stephanie), Cody R. Hawkins and Ashley M. Hawkins; his sisters, Deborah Hawkins (Rick Jividen) and Deanna Kepley (Roy); his grandchildren, Alexis, Alaina Folk, Grahm and Valyrie Hawkins; and his pet Riley.
