It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shane Edward Kitts in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Shane Edward has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul Edward Kitts; and his grandparents, Les and Fanny Kitts. He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Patty" Chapman (Gates); his sister Stacy Kitts (John Yeager); his sibling's children, Pierson Smith, Kaylynn Yeager and Parker Yeager; and his grandmother Ruth Gates.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Freedom Fellowship (8895 Harding Hwy E, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
