She is survived by : her husband Michael T. Smith; her son Robert Shane Smith (Tara); her grandchildren, Matthew Jordan and Andew Jordan; her sister-in-law Sarah Ashworth; and her stepchildren, Shannon Michael Smith and Wendy Sue West.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Denzer Chapel (360 E Center St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
