He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Carlyle; his friends, Jamie Jones, Brad Ridge, Greg Lauer, Doug McFarlan and Mike Heimlich; his child Mill; his wife Laurie Ann Carlyle of Delaware, OH; his children, Adam Carlyle (Rebeccah) of Knoxville, TN, Leah Dapo (Kirk) of Westerville, OH, Nathan Carlyle (Jennifer) of Westerville, OH and Matthew Carlyle of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Caedmon, Liam, Emerson Carlyle, Adalyn, Archie Dapo, Amos, Ezra, Ansel and Odell Carlyle; and his brothers, David Carlyle (Jan) of Marion, OH and Tracy Carlyle (Pam) of Prospect, OH..
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Alliance Church (2010 Marion-Marysville Rd, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the non-profit Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org).
