She was predeceased by: her parents, John L Welch and Joyce Ann Welch (Bright); her husband Frank Hall; and her brother John Welch Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Doris "Deedee" Scales of Marion, Lora Workman (Kris) of Marion, Rebecca Raynor of Montpelier, David Scales of Marion and Samuel Wischmeyer (Michelle) of Montpelier; and her siblings, Twila Utley of Marion, Sandra Oliver-Houseworth (Don) of Marion, Peggy Reindl of Iberia and Chuck Junior of Cardington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
