He is survived by: his wife Nicole Uhacz of Marion; his mother Penny Uhacz; his daughter Elisa Pfaff of Marion; his brothers, Grant Uhacz (Deb Smith) of Portland, OR. and Lucas Uhacz (Melanie Christensen) of Dickenson, ND.; his siblings-in-law, Jill Uhacz of Ridgefield, WA., Amanda Hooper (John) of Delaware, Kaydence Hooper, Kimberly Caldwell (Richard) of Delaware and Jerry Caldwell (Kimberly) of Delaware; his parents-in-law, Jerry Caldwell of Delaware and Deborah Caldwell of Marion; his close friends, Deon Fredrick, Todd Mirricle and Jason Gwinner; his aunts, Susie Weeks (Bob), JoAnne Byers (Karl), Joyce Livingston and Carol Parker (Alan); and his cousins, Melissa Anthony, Keb Byers (Monica), MaryAnn Aschieris (Mike), Suzanne Griffin (Troy) and Michael Livingston (Jodi).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Denzer Chapel (360 E Center St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the OSU Cancer Research in care of the funeral home.
