She is survived by: her husband Keith Radebaugh; her children, Rodney Alan Winters, Keith Alan Winters, Treff Hall Penniman, Teric Hanz Penniman, Christine Renee Winters and Lee Michael Radebaugh; her brother Jerry Adams (Betty Lou); her sister-in-law Judith Eliane Moon; her cousins, Carol Kinney, Phyllis Reynolds, Vernon Holeman and Cynthia Harper; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
