He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Bennett and Emma R. Bennett (Shirk); his siblings, Charles Bennett (Ruth) and Mary Skaggs; his brothers-in-law, Tom DeVore and Don Hinderer; and his nephew Michael Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bennett (Wagner) of Marion; his children, Randy Bennett of Marion and Michelle Hale (Vance) of Marion; his grandchildren, Tory Bennett (Chase Simpson), Emmaly Bennett, Corey Bennett and Ashley Mogle; his great grandchild Violet Bennett; and his siblings, Martha DeVore of West Jefferson, OH, Edna Hinderer of Plain City, OH and James "Pete" Bennett (Becky) of Marysville, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tranquility Hospice or Tunnels to Towers in care of the funeral home.
