He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Waits of Marion and Sammy L. Waits of Upper Sandusky; his siblings, Thomas Waits of Marion, Melanie Waits of Marion, Jenni Snowden of Upper Sandusky and Robert Thomas of Lubbock; and his significant other Jessica Levingston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
