He is survived by: his significant other Kay Smith (Bunfill); his children, Craig Smith (Sally), Sharon Matte (Paul), Nancy Parsons (Richard), Beth Barber (Dan) and Carrie Potts (Richard); his sisters, Dorothy Reynolds (Norman) and Marilyn Stambaugh (Dan); his sister-in-law Helen Smith; his grandchildren, Phillip, Jason, Rachel, Benjamin, Sean, Alysia, Dalton, Joshua, Katie, Sadie and Kayden; and his great grandchildren, Issac, Kyler, Logan, Leah and Beckett.
In lieu of flowers, due to an allergy, donations can be made to Glenmoor Presbyterian Church in Mr. Smith's memory.
