He is survived by: his wife Karen Stacey (Burgess); his children, Francine Lantzer, Carl Burgess (Tiffany) and Cassandra Mike; his sister Kathy Whistlehunt Kelly of Welch, WV; his grandchildren, Aries, Damon, Krisalyn, Kaylee, Peyden, Kyra, Bentley, Zoey, Jace, Mason, Faith and Hope; and his great grandchild Anthony.
