With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Greer of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on November 17, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Fox and Genevia Fox (Reline); and her husband Terrance "Terry" L. Greer. She is survived by: her children, Steve Macy, Tina, Daniel Pearson and Jennifer James; her grandchildren, Joseph Ray, Devan Machado, Tyler, Jadon Macy and Cameron Bell; her great grandchildren, Brax Macy, Devin Swenney, Dylan Machado and Laiyla Espisito; and her pet Neka.
