We are sad to announce that, on August 23, 2022, at the age of 73, Cheryl Darlene Horne of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cheryl Darlene Horne to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell K. Hood and Vera Mae Reeb (Graham); her husband David A. Horne Sr.; and her siblings, Sonny Reeb and Kathy VanKirk.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Fedorko (Bill), Tammy Mitchell (Adam) and Jay Delbrugge; her stepchildren, Dave Horne Jr. (Becky), Gail Mann (Robbie), Scott Horne (Missy) and Brian Horne; her sisters, Cindy Bickerstaff (Rich) and Becky Baker (Randy); her brother-in-law Bob VanKirk; and her pet Snickers. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
