He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis (Patton); his children, Dr. Candyce Roberts (Ray) and Mark Lewis (Pearl); his grandchildren, Heather Russell (Adam), Dr. Summer Tucker (Josh), Kendal Harden (Justin), Brock Lewis and Clay Lewis; his great grandchildren, River Russell, Seth Russell, Magnolia Russell, Rowan Russell, Witman Tucker, Finley Tucker, Chamberlain Tucker, Millie Tucker, Poppi Harden, Iris Harden, Lux Harden, Honey Harden and Vere Harden; and his brother-in-law Bob Patton (Joan) of West Virginia.
