He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bell and Mary Jane Bell (Williams); his brothers, Edward Bell and Charles Bell; and his brother-in-law Robert L. Moore.

He is survived by: his sister Ocie Moore; and his sister-in-law Shirley Bell.
