She was predeceased by: her father James Warren. She is survived by: her mother Helen Warren (Riggs); her husband Joe Kandis; her children, Nickolas, Josh, Melinda, Crystal Koslik, Joseph Kandis (Alesha) and Jessica Kandis; her siblings, Sandra Kendle (Rick), Kirk Warren (Betsy Brown), Neal Warren (Shannon) and Eric Warren (Leslie); and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Jackson (Joe), Nancy Jackson (Clarance), Cindy Bowman (Jim) and Mike Kandis (Barb). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren complete her family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935).
