He was predeceased by : his parent Emerald H. Delbrugge, Jr.. He is survived by : his daughter Caitlyn; his son-in-law Kohl Joseph; his sisters, Tina M. Fedorko and Tammy Mitchell (Adam); and his pet Snickers.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in honor of Jay to Liza's Place or Valley Hospice, 10686 St. Rt. 150, Rayland, Ohio 43943.
